Last time when I took my EV for a highway drive, I stopped at a food plaza to get my car charged. But to my surprise, the charging app stopped working and the charger was connecting. I had to reach out to customer care and spend lot of time waiting to have the issue resolved. It was an extremely unpleasant experience getting stranded in the middle of nowhere with no charge in the vehicle. When I heard of VOLTRAN, I visited them.
